Never More Alone

“The poor and the needy seek water, but there is none, their tongues fail for thirst. I, the LORD, will hear them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.” Isaiah 41:17 NKJV

Thirsty.

Parched.

Desperate.

Have you ever been so thirsty, so full of yearning?

Have you been to the point of desperation where you simply want something, anything to heal the ache?

You think you are alone.

You think no one understands.

But Jesus is there.

He does not always take away the difficult circumstance.

He does not always take away the pain,

But He gives us Himself.

And even though you still hurt, you can be refreshed by His presence.

You can keep walking because He will hold your hand.

“For, I the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’ “Isaiah 41:13 NKJV

If Christ is your Lord and Savior, the One you put your trust in, then you do not have to walk through today alone. You do not have to walk through that impossible circumstance alone. He is with you. Reach out and cling to His nail pierced hand.  Jesus is near.
